Our Mission

Duane Bragg is the Vice President, Contracting. Prior to Yankee, he worked for Vizient as a Senior Sourcing Executive supporting Mass General Brigham. Duane served for 23 years as a Healthcare Administrator in the Air Force, retiring as a Colonel. His last role was Chief of Medical Logistics where he served as consultant to the AF Surgeon General. 



Duane earned a BS in Business Administration from Plymouth State College, an MBA from Bentley College and an MHA from Baylor University. He is board certified in healthcare administration as a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. He is a member of AHRMM and serves on the education committee for NESHMM.


Duane is a Healthcare executive with 30+ years of experience managing all aspects of healthcare administration. He joined Yankee in 2017.

Kerry Cummings, RN, BSN, is a highly accomplished nurse leader currently serving as the Vice President, Clinical Services at Yankee Alliance. Kerry is a versatile professional with over 25 years of healthcare experience and 15 years in supply chain value analysis. Since 2019, Kerry has led the clinical team at Yankee and works directly with hospital members to reduce supply costs and expenses through a proven best practice value analysis process.

Kerry has established herself as a resolute and knowledgeable professional. Prior to her role at Yankee, Kerry worked in roles as a clinical educator, critical care staff nurse, medical surgical staff nurse, and IV therapy nurse.

Kerry is a nursing diploma graduate from New England Baptist Hospital School of Nursing and received her bachelor’s in science of nursing degree from Emmanuel College.

Sara Hayes, PHR, CYT joined Yankee Alliance in June of 2018. In her role managing the HR function at Yankee Alliance, Sara oversees all aspects of the employee life cycle at Yankee, such as recruitment, benefit and compensation plan design, performance management and training, and employee engagement.

Her extensive HR background in a variety of industries, from biotechnology to publishing to human services, gives Sara a well-rounded perspective on how to ensure employees from all levels of the organization can align with and work towards a common strategic vision. 


Sara holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Keene State College. She is also a 500hr Certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher.

Matt Murphy, MBA, has been with Yankee Alliance since May of 2009. As an Account Manager, Matt worked closely with his members to provide and support the implementation of savings opportunities. In his current position as Vice President of Member Services, Matt provides leadership to the Account Management team for Yankee’s Acute Care and Continuum of Care members.

In addition, Matt offers supply chain consultation to senior hospital administrators to appropriately align hospital goals. Matt and his team assist members in understanding Yankee Alliance’s and Premier’s contracts, tools, and services, while meeting individual member needs. Matt is a graduate of Massachusetts, Amherst, with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications. He is also a graduate of Suffolk University, earning a master’s degree in business administration at the Sawyer School of Management.

Bob Ritchie is the Vice President of Pharmacy at Yankee Alliance in Andover MA, where he is responsible for strategy, pharmacy contracting and member support. He received his BS in Pharmacy from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and his MBA from Northeastern University. Bob has spent much of his career, about 30 years, in hospital pharmacy operations as a staff pharmacist, pharmacy manager and director of pharmacy.  


In 2018, Bob’s interest in the business of pharmacy led him to transition out of operations and into pharmacy contracting and supply chain, taking a position with one of Boston’s largest healthcare providers as the Director of Pharmacy Contracting and Business Strategy. In 2019 Bob came to Yankee as the Director of Pharmacy Operations and was eventually promoted to VP of Pharmacy.

Michael has been with Yankee Alliance and Blue.Point for over 15 years. Michael is responsible for all analytics, application development and IT operations at Yankee and Blue.Point. He earned his BS in Business Administration from Northeastern University, and while working at Yankee received his MS in Healthcare Analytics from the University of Massachusetts.



Michael works with both internal resources, the Yankee Alliance membership, and the Blue.Point client base to deliver analytic solutions that help drive both contract uptake and savings opportunities. He strives to provide actionable solutions that will keep providing value to both companies. Consistent collaboration with Yankee Alliance and Blue.Point’s member service and clinical teams help to deliver that value to the membership and clients.
